Women are at greater risk of losing a significant amount of weight after anorexia nervous at, partly because they use up more calories than men. This is largely due to the differences in their physical activity, as women tend to have larger metabolisms and higher resting metabolic rates than men.

Women with BMI below 30 or 30-35 combined with a loss weight of 5-10 lbs can expect to lose up to 40 lbs in year, if not more.

Loss weight for women is a topic that many have a hard time talking about. We all know it's important, but it's also a subject that most women don't want to hear about. There's no right way to lose weight. But there are things you can do to become healthier and happier, even if you can't change the number on the scale.

Eating the right foods and exercising regularly can help women lose the unwanted pounds, but it is not easy. Being committed to the diet is important to success.
